Jody Gold, MSOD

Teams are the building blocks of great organizations. The most effective teams make sense of complex environments, develop strategy, and execute together. Jody has equipped exceptional teams to bring out the best in their members and improve performance in Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, and triple bottom line organizations in the United States and China.

In the private sector, Jody built HealthLink211, the technology platform and integrated community resource database that healthcare providers use to connect patients with the community services (housing, transportation, food, etc.) they need to get and stay healthy. He has failed alone and succeeded in partnerships to make money and meaningful impact within tight budget, time, and personnel constraints.

Jody has a Master’s of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University; trained as a Hakomi counselor; majored in East Asian Studies at Yale; lived in China for several years; and taught elementary and middle school kids for over a decade.

Jody’s about to meet for the first time as adults, the little girl he loved so much when he volunteered in her orphanage in China.
