Carol Jungman, MSOD
Carol Jungman is an organization development consultant, specializing in team development, relational leadership, strategic planning, and multicultural & diversity awareness. She consults with groups and teams to improve interpersonal communication and bring more awareness to their processes and dynamics, and she works with organizations to transform them into “living systems.” Her approach is client-centered, action-research-based, and results-oriented.
For the past 15 years, Carol has been a consultant and senior trainer for the Matrix Leadership Institute, designing and leading workshops and training programs. She serves on the leadership team, helping to set strategic direction, develop new products, and write business plans.
As an intercultural trainer, she has facilitated and co-created individual, couple, family and specialized group programs for Fortune 1000 companies. And she has designed and led staff retreats, sales strategy meetings, and strategic planning sessions for small and mid-size businesses, associations and non-profits.
Carol is trained in the National Coalition Building Institute’s Prejudice Reduction Workshop and is qualified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. Carol received her Bachelor’s degree in Business and Journalism from Northern Illinois University and her Master’s degree in Organization Development from Loyola University.
In a voluntary capacity, Carol has been a Board of Directors member for Tellin’ Tales Theatre, has served as a committee member for a community coalition which hosts International Women’s Day in Evanston, and has facilitated “table talks” for the City of Evanston and YWCA.
